SEH French wins place on Suffolk Construction Framework for fifth time

Contract wins and construction progress

Whitehouse Primary School completed under the Suffolk Construction Framework

SEH French has been announced within the latest Suffolk Construction Framework, led by Suffolk County Council and Concertus Design & Property Consultants.

It provides the council and other public sector partners with effective access to trusted construction companies. So, SEH French’s involvement on another round of the Suffolk Construction Framework is a testament to the company’s quality.

As part of the Suffolk Construction Framework, SEH French will be available to deliver projects across lots 1 and 2.

  • Lot 1: Construction projects between £0 – £1 million
  • Lot 2: Construction projects between £750k – £4.5 million

SEH French has been included in the Suffolk Construction Framework since 2005. In that time, the company has completed 58 projects with a total worth of £60 million.

Projects completed by SEH French under the framework include Leiston Fire Station extension, Sudbury Library renovation, Beacon House Coroner’s Court and Whitehouse Primary School.

Simon Girling, Director of SEH French, said: “This is exceptional news for the company and our team.

“The Suffolk Construction Framework has been part of SEH French’s success over the last 18 years. So, we expect it will continue to be very valuable to us.

“The framework provides us the chance to work with the brilliant construction companies we have in Suffolk, while also providing real benefits to communities across the county.

“We look forward to working with Suffolk County Council and Concertus over the next four years.”

The framework has seen SEH French work on numerous projects covering various sectors since 2005.

SEH French is included in a number of other frameworks. Earlier this year, the company was named in Pagabo’s Medium Works Framework to deliver projects up to £10 million. It’s the second time the company was included, after being involved in the initial framework in 2019.

Simon added: “It’s a privilege for us to be involved in frameworks – it’s shows we are a trusted and reliable company. Not only that, but it is also testament to the exceptional skill we have within our workforce.”
