Beacon House

The project at Beacon House involved internal refurbishment and remodelling to form the new coroners court and associated offices including external car park reconfiguraton to incorporate new vehicular charging points and cycle storage facilities.

The works required modifications to the mechanical and electrical installations to suit the new layout and usage. Works were phased to allow parts of the building to remain occupied during the works.

SEH French worked well with the other building users as the ground floor was occupied throughout the work. The work was completed to a high standard and the SEH French were responsive to issues that arose during the project and co-operated well with the design team to resolve them.
