Contract wins and construction progress

SEH wins largest ever contract

SEH French has been appointed to the new Suffolk County Council Construction Framework, making this the largest contract win in the company’s history.

SEH French was successful on lots one, two and three of the new framework, which has a combined spend of £750 million over the next four years.

LOT 1 – covers the construction value range of projects between £0 to £750,000
LOT 2 – covers the construction value range of projects from £500,000 to £3.5 million
LOT 3 – covers the construction value range of projects from £2.75 million to £10 million

The Framework has been awarded by Suffolk County Council but the resultant contract will be managed by Concertus Design and Property Consultants.

Managing Director Simon Girling said: “We’re immensely proud to have been selected once again for this framework. Having been successful on three separate lots, this is a momentous occasion for the business as it makes this the largest contract win in our history.”

“Over the past few years we’ve worked hard to grow and expand the business, so it’s great to see our hard work paying off. We completed a number of fantastic projects under the previous framework, and we look forward to continuing our relationships with colleagues at Suffolk County Council and Concertus over the next four years.”
