The Drift

Vacant land in Ipswich has been transformed into five stunning new homes thanks to a project in partnership with SEH Developments.

The five new homes in The Drift, off Woodbridge Road, boast contemporary design and are built to a high specification and energy efficiency rating.

The development comprises a mix of two-storey houses and bungalows, with each property accentuated with differing materials.

A courtyard has also been created to amplify the new-look street scene, complete with landscaping. 

That enhanced appearance was bolstered with the planting of nine new trees, extensive hedging and ‘green walls’ around the perimeter of the development.
