Lynton Place

SEH French were proud to once again link up with our partners at SEH Developments for the construction of seven new luxury homes in Ipswich.

The Lynton Place development – close to the town’s Christchurch Park – comprises four and five-bedroom homes, alongside bungalow chalets each with a detached garage.

Each of the homes were built to the highest standards, with quality finishing throughout – alongside high-efficiency air source heat pumps and underfloor heating.

The homes were built using red brick facades, tiled roofs and gable details to both reflect the properties along Valley Road and achieve an elegant exterior finish.

Other interior features included stylish, professionally designed kitchens complete with Neff 270 appliances and quartz worktops, as well as Roper Rhodes sanitaryware with complimentary chrome fittings in the bathrooms and en-suites.
