SEH French completes ‘superb’ luxury homes development in Ipswich

SEH French are delighted to have completed the construction of seven luxury homes in Ipswich.
The homes, in Lynton Place, close to Christchurch Park, are a range of four and five-bedroom houses and bungalow chalets.
The development is a joint venture between SEH Developments and local solicitor Paul Munnings, designed by Ian Smillie.

Will Neall, Property & Developments Manager at SEH Developments, said: “These are superb, luxury homes, built in a traditional way.
“Ian Smillie, the designer, has done a fantastic job.
“A lot of the buildings nearby are old-style, so he has done brilliantly ensuring they are in keeping, while guaranteeing they stand out as the best plots on the road.
“Although it is a short walk from the town centre and the waterfront, as it’s a gated community, it feels very quiet and secluded.”

Will said it was a delight to work with sister company SEH French on the build.
“It’s been a really good project to work on with SEH French, it’s another example of how smooth and easy it is to work with them,” he said.
“It’s been an enjoyable project for all those involved – as it is a luxury development the homes really have that wow factor.”
SEH Developments held open days on July 5 and 6, which Will said had sparked a lot of interest in the properties.
“For the open day we have furnished two of the plots in partnership with The House in Town, in St Peters Street,” said Will.
“Furnishing the homes has made a real difference – people can look around and imagine themselves living there.
“It really helps give people the impression of how they can use the space.”
