General Site Operative

About the role:
You will be carrying out construction-based works efficiently and safely under the guidance of the site supervisor. All works are generally within Suffolk and immediate surrounding areas. You will be reporting to the Site Supervisor/Contracts Manager.


Key responsibilities:
 Collaborate with site team colleagues to deliver projects successfully.
 Execute tasks according to method statements and hazard risk assessments.
 Work in alignment with current drawings, specifications, and details as advised.
 Uphold health and safety standards for yourself and colleagues.
 Operate plant and equipment as directed, adhering to site rules.
 Build positive relationships with clients and the public to help promote SEH French Ltd.
 Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and environmental policies.


About you:
You need to have previous experience in general construction duties, particularly on commercial projects. Hold a current CSCS card and preferable forklift/plant certificates this is essential. Be conscientious, safety-minded, and team-oriented. Have excellent communication skills and be committed to continuous learning and professional development.
